How to extend Partner support

How to extend Partner support

  1.  Login into Acumatica; then Search (in the search bar) 'Partner Support' or 'MYSM2010'


  2. Click → Partner Support


  3. In the Partner Support you should have minimum of 4 contacts


  4. ‘Allow access to MYOB Acumatica’ should be ticked, if not make sure they are ticked.


  5. Under 'Stop access at' double click the date for the partner user you are extending the access for (we recommend you extend this for at least 2 – 3 years).


  6. Then click save. Done!
